The pool area was lovely and relaxing.

Our experience was unfortunately disappointing. The shower pressure was alarmingly low, which made it incredibly difficult to have a decent wash. the apartment floor was dirty upon arrival, and we found no cleaning service during our stay, which left us feeling quite uncomfortable.

The lack of shower pressure made every wash a struggle!!! The outdated kitchen appliances left much to be desired, making cooking a hassle. Power outages were frequent, disrupting our plans, and the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations!!!

We enjoyed a great four-night stay in a Two-Bedroom Apartment. The air conditioning was super effective, and our spacious balcony had enough room for lounging. The kitchen came with essentials like a refrigerator, stove, and toaster. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sun loungers. A great view from the rooftop bar, too!

The location is ideal , just a short walk to the beach and close to a great bus stop for exploring other resorts. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

The kitchen facilities were outdated and poorly equipped , making self-catering very challenging for meals.

The shower pressure was disappointingly low, which made it frustrating to wash. Not cleaning the room or changing the bedding during our week-long stay was an inconvenience, especially in the heat. Despite these issues, I appreciated the overall value for the price and would consider returning, provided some updates are made to the facilities.

after an amazing photography trip in arenal d'en castell, my stay at the hotel surpassed all expectations with spacious two-bedroom apartments and a lovely pool area. we enjoyed the outstanding view from our balcony while relaxing after beach days. the staff was helpful, providing us tips for local dining options, which enhanced our overall experience.

We had an incredible stay with a great pool area and ample sunbeds! The half-board dining was fantastic, such a good variety! Just wish the kitchen appliances were a bit better maintained.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Two-Bedroom Apartment. The spacious rooms featured a large balcony and excellent kitchen facilities. It was a great spot for walking the Cami de cavalls. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed lounging by it. The rooftop bar offered a fantastic view! 🎉
